The name is new, but the people behind it are not. Flute is the same team serving the industry you already know, including Jim Luff (pictured at top), your deathcare relationship manager. The new name comes with more products and services, but the people serving your business and the families you care for haven’t changed.
Flute, formerly Aurora Payments, has been a longtime partner of industry state associations in California, Missouri, Florida, New York as well as an endorsed supplier for the International Order of the Golden Rule and Selected Independent Funeral Homes. The company has been serving the industry since 2016 and helps funeral homes, cemeteries and other deathcare service providers to streamline and save on their payment processing.
