Chris Cruger, the CEO of The Foresight Companies, shared a sneak preview of insights that will be part of his presentation at “Mastermind: Elevating Your Funeral Service Business to New Heights” on Sept. 11, 2025, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in an exclusive interview with the founder of FuneralVision.com.
At Mastermind, he will deliver a presentation titled “Succession Is Not Just a TV Show – It’s Preserving Your Legacy.”
In the interview with FuneralVision, Cruger made the connection between the show – which involves the family dynamics of a family that owns a business – with the challenges funeral home owners must often overcome.
“It’s really comes down to navigating those waters,” he said. “There are a lot of different people who may be involved in that business from a family perspective but also employees who have been there for generations.”
He also shared insights on the various services Foresight provides funeral homes, noting that over the past six years or so, the company has helped 178 different companies make a business transition “to the tune of about $2.4 billion.”
