Ring Ring Marketing Founder & CEO Welton Hong recently announced that Daniel Hug, who previously worked for RRM as a senior sales consultant, has rejoined RRM in the role of senior client relations manager.
“We’re so excited to have Daniel back,” Hong said. “He was a great contributor to our success when he was on the sales team. With his incredible people skills and deep understanding of funeral directors’ needs, Daniel is the perfect addition to our amazing team of client relations strategists.”
Before his original tenure with RRM, Hug was the Membership Development Director at Selected Independent Funeral Homes. He transitioned to the death-care profession during the pandemic, having previously worked in the hospitality industry.
“I am excited to return to Ring Ring Marketing in this new capacity and ready to reengage with our clients—some of whom I enrolled in my previous sales position,” Hug said. “Under Welton Hong’s leadership, Ring Ring Marketing has grown and evolved, and I am thrilled to be a part of the RRM family again.”
Hug continued: “My new role will allow me spend more one-on-one time with our clients to focus on their digital marketing campaigns, develop strategies to protect and grow their market share, and most importantly, build long-lasting relationships with leading funeral homes.”
Hug has an MBA from Cleveland (Ohio) State University with a concentration in Marketing. He grew up in Ohio and resided in Indiana prior to relocating to Kansas earlier this year.
