This prestigious recognition by Great Place To Work is based entirely on current employees’ experience working at DIG. To acquire recertification, DIG’s employees completed an anonymous survey ranking the company’s workplace culture, leadership, benefits, and other factors. This survey feedback, combined with Great Place To Work’s extensive data-driven methodology, confirmed that DIG earned this achievement. The results revealed that 95% of employees said DIG is a great place to work, compared to 57% at an average U.S. company.
