There are still a few more weeks to take advantage of the fantastic early-bird rate to attend the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association’s Annual Convention and Exposition, April 10-13 in Tampa Bay, Florida.

This year, Erin Creger, the chief sales officer at Envision Strategic Partners and one of the founding members of the Death Care Collective, will serve as co-chair of the convention along with Micah Singerman, the executive director of Shalom Memorial Park Cemetery and Funeral Home in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

FuneralVision.com recently caught up with Creger to learn what led her into the death-care profession in the first place, as well as why she’s such a fan of the ICCFA’s exhibit floor – and what speakers she’s looking forward to hearing from the most.

One fact you’ll learn in the interview is that Creger, who recently celebrated her tenth year in the profession, would have never envisioned herself being in funeral service if you’d asked her what she wanted to do 10 years and six months ago.

In fact, how she ended up in the profession is an incredible story, which you’ll learn all about in the interview.
