Leviathan Winn has been named chief financial officer of Foundation Partners Group, the company announced on its LinkedIn page.

FPG said in its post, “Leviathan brings proven experience leading financial operations turnarounds and in multi-site service environments. His expertise in business performance management, capital discipline, and team development will be instrumental as we continue our transformation under The FPG Way and advance toward our Pathway 2028 growth targets … We are confident that his leadership will help strengthen our foundation and accelerate our momentum.”

Most recently, Winn was CFO at Destination Pet, which is dedicated to elevating the lives of pet families through its Connected Care approach, which focuses on the total wellbeing of the pet. Unlike other companies, the company empowers its clinical experts to define the best approach to veterinary care.

His biography on the Destination Pet website notes that he previously was the CFO at Zulily, a leading e-commerce company within Qurate Retail, Inc. (NASDAQ: QRTEA), the parent company for QVC and Home Shopping Network. In that position, he was responsible for the finance function and the transformation efforts for Zulily and led it to a successful sale.

Prior to that, he was the CFO at Qdoba Mexican Eats, Taco Bell and served as an Audit Committee Board Member for Smart & Final, where he helped lead a successful sale to Grupo Comercial Chedraui (BMV: CHDRAUI). Prior to that, he served as a strategy and operations executive for the Chase branch network at JP Morgan in New York, N.Y. and served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised publicly traded companies, government institutions and private equity clients on a range of transformation, strategy, restructuring and M&A transactions, the Destination Pet website states.

He began his career as an investment banker at Citi, where he executed IPOs and mergers and acquisitions transactions and was a credit investor at AIG Investments. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, where he was a Foundation Excellence Scholar, and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Director’s List and Joseph Wharton Fellowship recipient.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his five nieces and nephews, Antiques Roadshow, golf, swimming, and a wide variety of outdoor activities.
