FT North America (Facultatieve Technologies) has announced the first of its kind “Hands On” training for crematory operators. Whether you are a seasoned veteran, or a new operator looking for FT certification, this interactive class led by FT professionals is the perfect place to learn, set at the historic Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in Ohio.
The two-day program will be held on August 12-13, and registration is now open through July 11 by emailing victoria.estrada@ftnorthamerica.com. The cost of the class is $495 per registrant.
“The ability to partner with CCMS and actually perform a cremation during the training is what sets this class apart” said Derek Wilce, director of operations for FT. “This class will ensure that FT operators have the knowledge they need to operate their equipment at the highest levels of safety and efficiency.”
While the class does not offer an official crematory operator certification like the ICCFA or CANA programs, it is open to anyone interested in learning more about how FT’s quality, safety and efficiency sets us apart from the other crematory equipment manufacturers.
