Milestone Funeral Partners is proud to announce the promotion of several individuals to market director: Alfredo Camargo, Vinny Iocovozzi, Austin Perrin, and Marty Ciaccia.
Their respective promotions reflect the organization’s continued commitment to leadership development, operational excellence and community-focused service.
Each of these leaders brings extensive experience, a strong service mindset and a proven track record of supporting families, teams, and communities.
In this key role, market directors will provide leadership and strategic oversight of operations within their designated regions. This role supports directors by ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and alignment with Milestone’s core values and goals. Serving as a key link between individual locations and Milestone as a whole, the company’s market directors will help strengthen its teams, maintain a high level of performance, and foster meaningful connections across the region.
Alfredo Camargo began his funeral service career in New York City and joined the Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home in 2020. Since that time, he has been deeply involved in community initiatives, including The Wall That Heals (Vietnam War Tribute Wall), Public Service Appreciation events, and partnerships with MARC, Inc., where he also serves on the board. Alfredo advanced from location manager to general manager before partnering with Milestone in December 2024.
Vinny Iocovozzi started his career as a trade funeral director and later became the owner and operator of the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home. Following a successful partnership with Milestone, he joined the organization as director of integrations, supporting newly acquired locations by aligning teams, systems, and operations. As market director, Vinny will continue to focus on operational alignment and leadership support across his market.
Austin Perrin entered the profession in 2016 and graduated from Fine Mortuary College in 2019. He joined Milestone Funeral Partners in 2021 with Smart Memorial Home after serving in several leadership roles at family-operated firms. Currently licensed in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Tennessee, Austin is recognized for his dedication to team development and compassionate care.
Marty Ciaccia began his funeral service career at age fifteen and progressed through every stage of the profession, ultimately becoming a licensed funeral director, general manager, and partner in 2017. In 2023, Milestone partnered with Marty’s firm, creating new opportunities for growth and advancement. His career reflects a lifelong commitment to serving families and communities with integrity.
