Mitch Smith, vice president of sales operations of eFuneral Partner, which helps funeral homes reach a new generation of consumers with an easy-to-use online planning tool, recently shared a bevy of insights on how to better engage with families and boost customer satisfaction in an exclusive video interview with FuneralVision.com.

Smith will be one of the speakers at “Mastermind: Elevating Your Funeral Service Business to New Heights,” which will be Thursday, Sept. 11, at the Live! Casino & Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The title of his presentation will be “The Future of Preneed Funeral Planning: Insights into Consumer Trends & Technology Innovation.”

During the video interview, Smith noted that while eFuneral is owned by Homesteaders Life Company, any funeral home – even if they do not currently write business with Homesteaders – can work with eFuneral.

He also shared insights on how to better connect with consumers and how to stand out from competitors, boost market share and bolster the value of your business.
