@need Marketing has expanded its core team, appointing Becky Hart as the company’s newest account strategist.
Working under @need’s longtime manager of account strategy, Faith Bennett, Hart will contribute to one of the agency’s key offerings: comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies for their funeral home and cemetery partners.
In her role, Hart will work closely with Bennett and the team’s account managers to craft bespoke marketing strategies for @need’s nation-wide network of partners, helping them reach more families by boosting visibility and inspiring trust. A veteran of content strategy, Hart is no stranger to the tactics @need specializes in, including pay-per-click advertising, Google’s Local Service Ads, search engine optimization, display advertising and geofencing, social media, public relations, print advertising, and more.

As a newcomer to the funeral profession, Hart will bring a fresh perspective to the table, though she can empathize with the experience of the families @need’s partners serve.

Hart is an alumna of the University of Cincinnati, where she earned bachelor’s degrees in communications and Spanish, as well as Ball State University, where she earned her master’s degree in public relations. Combined with her experience from her previous role as a content marketing strategist at Seven Corners, where she improved organic search traffic for the company by 116%, Hart is well positioned to maximize the impact of partners’ marketing strategies.
