NextGen Legacy Planning, a funeral home marketing and preneed company, announced that Richard Martin has joined the organization as chief growth officer. Martin will lead operational transformation and systems development as the company executes its strategic growth plan.
Richard brings over six years of deathcare industry experience from Ring Ring Marketing, where he served as vice president of marketing and helped scale the company through significant growth. His expertise includes demand generation, marketing operations, sales enablement, and CRM systems implementation, with a deep understanding of funeral home operations.
“Richard and I have worked together for years, and I’ve seen firsthand what he can do,” said Rachel Moring, CEO of NextGen Legacy Planning and 2025 Louisiana Funeral Directors Association award recipient.
She added, “We’re building something special here — a preneed firm that combines boutique service with best-in-class tools and systems. Richard’s operational expertise is exactly what we need to get there.”
Richard is based in Alexander City, Alabama, and will work closely with NextGen’s New Orleans-based team.
