FuneralVision.com has recently learned of some funeral professionals on the move, earning promotions or starting new jobs.

Gather, an all-in-one, fully integrated funeral home software for funeral homes, crematories, and death-care professionals, announced that longtime funeral professional Nancy Jenner (shown in the picture at top) has joined its team as an account executive.

A licensed funeral director and embalmer, Jenner has always had a passion for serving families during their time of need. “She understands the importance of helping colleagues with state-of-the-art technology, so they too can facilitate an unmatched experience for the families they serve,” Gather said in a post on social media.

National Guardian Life Insurance Co. announced that Jessica Booker has been promoted to regional vice president, sales. She joined NGL in 2006 as a new business representative and during her tenure with NGL has held various roles, advancing her way to her new position.

“Jessi is an extremely knowledgeable and valuable resource for everyone she works with both in the field and at NGL. I look forward to continuing to work with her in her new role as regional vice president on the sales team as we help support our customers’ goals through connection, collaboration and compassion,” said Judy Olson, regional vice president of sales at NGL.

Tammy Friedman announced that she has started a new position as sales manager at Park Lawn Corp., serving Springfield Memorial Gardens, Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Cole & Garrett Funeral Home in White House and Goodlettsville and Joelton Hills Memory Gardens, all in Tennessee.

Meanwhile, Steve Boudreaux has been promoted to vice president of funeral home operations of Legacy Funeral Group.

“Steve has more than earned a position on our leadership team,” said Michael Soper, president and CEO of Legacy Funeral Group. “Steve’s experience and industry knowledge, as well as his passion and dedication over the last 10 years have been instrumental in turning Legacy into the brand it is today.”
