Darren Crouch, the co-founder and CEO of Passages International, who was recently the subject of an in-depth profile published by FuneralVision.com, recently announced that his company has acquired Symphony Handmade Papers.
The paper company is renowned for its exquisite and eco-friendly seeded and plantable paper products.
“With this acquisition, we are set to enhance our product offerings and diversify our markets, all while continuing our mission of celebrating life’s important moments in an environmentally responsible way,” Passages International announced on social media.
In a video, Crouch shared more information about the transaction.
He noted that Symphony Handmade Papers makes a product that perfectly aligns with Passages’ mission of providing eco-friendly, sustainable and biodegradable products.
In fact, the products that Symphony produces “literally helps bring life after death,” he said.
He also noted that the acquisition will help Passages aid its funeral home partners to grow their businesses as they engage in marketing efforts.
It’s about helping Passages International partners grow, he said in the video.
