Fresh off setting a record number of appointments for a single day, Precoa’s Funeral Planning Center is celebrating setting nearly 10,000 appointments in a single month for the first time, the company announced.
The Funeral Planning Center achieved its best month ever in March with 9,975 appointments set by 151 Scheduling Specialists. Just 28 Specialists accounted for more than 40% of those appointments.
“I’m grateful to everyone on our team, from top to bottom,” said Matt West, associate vice president of the Funeral Planning Center. “Across the team, there’s a wide array of specializations and talents, but each of us believes in supporting our funeral home partners and helping families discover the power of a meaningful, intentional plan.”
West said this was the closest the FPC has ever been to 10,000 appointments, but that it is in keeping with the team’s progressive momentum. Each month this year, they have set more than 9,000 appointments and have steadily set a series of new records.
This new record was the result of a yearly “March Madness” incentive that “definitely brought out the best in people,” according to West. He also credits Precoa’s talent-dense teams for enabling the FPC to reach new heights.
