Precoa, the profession’s leader in preneed funeral planning, recently welcomed 42 new Million Dollar Producers to its home office.
These Million Dollar Producers join more than 475 Advance Funeral Planners (AFPs) who have individually sold $1 million or more in preneed in a single year. It’s the highest concentration of Million Dollar Producers in the funeral profession, and each year Precoa honors this achievement and the dedication it takes to help so many families put an intentional plan in place.
“These are among some of the most talented Advance Funeral Planners in the profession, and they form deep connections with families while guiding them through the experience of creating a meaningful plan,” said Brian Whittecar, Precoa senior vice president of sales. “Our Pro model is built around supporting them so they can focus on making an impact, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to honor them during this trip.”
The event combined business recognition with community building, reinforcing the core values that drive Precoa’s culture: progression, kindness, and craftsmanship. The 42 new Million Dollar Producers were joined by Precoa leadership as they explored the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. After joining Precoa’s Portland Home Office team for an All Hands Meeting, the Million Dollar Producers were honored with a celebratory dinner and time to relax and bond with fellow sales leaders.
“When we celebrate or honor our AFPs, we’re focused on creating unforgettable experiences, the kind they’ll talk about for years to come,” said Jessica Gold, director of experience. “It’s about showing our partners that we see them, value their contributions, and are invested in their long-term success.”
Precoa continues to develop and refine the infrastructure that has resulted in such a high concentration of Million Dollar Producers: new channels and messaging to generate quality leads, follow-up systems and frameworks that keep families engaged, a connected tech stack
that includes new innovations like Sales Studio and Everplans for family planning, and ongoing coaching and peer development.
This includes fostering a community of Advance Funeral Planners who learn from one another, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement at the leading funeral homes across the country that Precoa is partnered with. The company’s commitment to this ecosystem—demonstrated through recognition trips like this one—is part of its promise to provide the highest quality experiences to families, funeral homes, and AFPs.
“What separates Precoa’s Advance Funeral Planners from others isn’t luck—it’s commitment, support, and access to proven systems,” Precoa Senior Vice President of Sales & Strategic Field Operations Trevor Winn added. “Our role is to equip them with the technology, resources and coaching they need to succeed, then celebrate them when they do.”
