Ring Ring Marketing Founder/CEO Welton Hong announced today that Tom Parmalee will be joining RRM this month as Vice President of Industry Insights & Content.
Parmalee has extensive experience in funeral news reporting and analysis. In addition to creating FuneralVision.com, a leading deathcare news site, Parmalee has worked for several trade publications focused on funeral service.
He is also the architect of numerous funeral profession events, including the inaugural “Mastermind: Elevating Your Funeral Service Business to New Heights,” which will be held in Philadelphia on Sept. 11, 2025. FuneralVision.com will continue under Parmalee’s direction in concert with his role at RRM.
“This is a new position at RRM, so Welton and his team will determine how I can best serve clients and the profession at large as we go along, but I am looking forward to the journey and know it will be fun,” Parmalee said.

Hong said he was excited about Parmalee joining RRM, a boutique digital marketing firm that helps funeral homes and cemeteries generate more at-need calls and preneed contracts, driving substantial growth for their businesses.
“Tom’s ability to craft insightful, high-quality content is exactly what we need to strengthen our position in the market and elevate our service to clients even higher than it is now,” Hong said.
While deathcare remains the core focus at RRM, in recent years it has opened up into new verticals, expanding its team to over 130 full-time marketing professionals to maintain its excellent level of service.
While Parmalee will dedicate the bulk of his time to serving RRM’s needs in the funeral space, he also will play a key role in those other verticals, which include senior care and home improvement.
Parmalee said he hopes his many friends in deathcare will come by to say hello at RRM’s booth (1337) at the upcoming ICCFA convention in Las Vegas. Now dubbed The ICCFA Experience, that event begins April 30, with the Expo Hall open May 1–2.
