Funeral Directors Life recently announced Jimmie Lance Joiner (pictured at top) will be its market center manager in North Texas.
“We are very happy to have Jimmie Lance move into this new role with our sales team,” said Kris Seale, president and CEO of Funeral Directors Life. “He has proven that he has a strong passion for helping our funeral home clients, and we are confident that his skills and drive to succeed will help our funeral homes throughout North Texas.”
He joined FDL in 2021 as a select producer before becoming an active sales manager in 2022. As an ASM, he recruited new funeral sales professionals, provided coaching and training to his sales team, and developed successful strategies to help funeral homes grow their businesses.
“Jimmie Lance has a well-rounded knowledge of the funeral profession, allowing him to be a trusted advisor to our funeral home clients,” said Mark Owen, senior sales vice president for Funeral Directors Life. “His insights have helped many funeral home owners navigate the rapidly changing environment while focusing on new consumer trends and solutions.”
Prior to joining the FDL team, Joiner served in the United States Navy for four years in Bremerton, Washington. He then spent six years as a sales manager outside the funeral profession.
