ASD’s Unlocking Success webinars are designed to enhance clients’ utilization of the company’s answering services. These webinars delve into the most frequently asked questions and showcase the innovative solutions ASD has crafted to simplify the lives of funeral directors.

Hosted by ASD National Sales Manager Craig Meehan (pictured at top) with a rotating co-host from various departments within ASD, each session explores a different theme or concept, providing valuable insights and strategies. The first episode, recorded on March 13, featured Customer Service Team Manager, Sherry Martin, and provided an overview of ASD’s most powerful features including our most recently introduced solutions. The second webinar, recorded on May 1, featured Billing Manager, Dara Dix, and Customer Service Team Assistant Sean Mehlbaum, with a focus on ASD’s cost-saving strategies to help clients reduce their answering service expenses.

ASD intends to host monthly webinars and invites its clients to provide feedback on topics or solutions they wish to see addressed. The company also invites active participation during the presentations, allowing funeral directors to obtain real-time information by asking questions. While ASD encourages live attendance to maximize interaction, the company understands the demanding schedules of funeral directors and has created a website that allows clients to view a recording of each webinar after its conclusion.
